My name is Diana Ferreira, a massage and wellness therapist dedicated to creating moments of reconnection and inner balance. I believe that mindful touch is a powerful form of healing — a path of listening, release and renewal for the body, mind and spirit.

My work is based on presence, sensitivity and intention, offering a space where stillness and care invite deep restoration.

My training includes two courses in the field of wellbeing and body therapies: the 4NTEP, focused onand techniques to support physiotherapy, and the CEN, specialising in spa massage, with an emphasis on relaxation techniques and beauty treatments. This combination provides a solid foundation in both therapeutic and wellness aspects.

Professional experience spans various settings, including the Iberostar Hotel, where there was contact with clients in a hotel environment, and work at Floatin SPA and Terra Heal SPA, which reinforced autonomy, personalised service and the ability to adapt to different massage styles and clients.

It depends on your goal. For general relaxation and stress relief, the Relaxing Massage is most popular. For specific pain or chronic tension, the Therapeutic or Deep Tissue are ideal. If in doubt, contact us via WhatsApp — Diana will help you choose.

What should I wear during the session? +

Most clients undress to their comfort level, keeping underwear on if preferred. You'll always be covered with a sheet or towel, only the area being worked on is exposed.

Is therapeutic massage safe? +

Yes. Diana is a certified and experienced therapist. Before each session there's a brief consultation to understand your health history, preferences and areas to work on, ensuring a safe and personalized session.

How often should I get massages? +

For general wellness, a monthly session is an excellent routine. For chronic pain or injury recovery, weekly or biweekly sessions are more effective. Diana can advise the ideal plan for you.

Do I need to bring anything to the session? +

No need to bring anything. Towels, sheets and essential oils are provided. Just arrive 5 minutes early to settle in and relax.
